Administer the overall management of HR functions including employee attendance digitally, hiring, transfer, termination and separation of all employees
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective administration of personnel records and files in line with current HR policy and best practices.
- Ensure legal compliance of staff through monitoring and implementation of HR Policy in accordance with Bangladesh Labor Law as well as company policies, regulations and guidelines.
- Ensure office maintenance, transportation, check bills, food, water, fire, electrical & electronics & safety issues.
- Administer performance management systems for all project staff including facilitation of yearly performance appraisal, provision of feedback and initiation of corrective actions.
- Develop/revise SOP, Service Book, employee job description, formats, guidelines and process the yearly staff appraisal.
- Prepare all kinds of relevant policies which will be made under the guidance/directions of higher management.
- Prepare general official notice and circulate in consultation with appropriate authority.
- Process monthly salary sheet considering all additions and deductions.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
