Visual Knitwear Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Sustainability officer for compliance in HR. Admin & Compliance Department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. · Strong understanding of RSC guidelines and industry standards like BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, HIGG-SLCP, etc.
2. · In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws, factory rules, and global compliance regulations.
3. · Implement and monitor sustainable practices in line with RSC guidelines, particularly in areas like fire, electrical, and structural safety.
4. · Ensure legal compliance of chemical, waste and wastewater.
5. · Face all environment and chemical related audit.
6. · Prepare and ensure environmental policy and procedures to allow continual improvement, reduce risk and minimal impact on the environment.
7. · Control health and safety related, and environmental safety related issues comply with local and global requirements.
8. · Overall responsibility on assuring Environment and Chemical Safety.
9. · Ensure safety equipment, PPE and emergency preparedness for all risky area.
10. · Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to energy management, decarbonization, and wastewater treatment.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: Environmental Science
