A foreign-based T-shirt manufacturer based in Gazipur and 100% exporter of leading brands are requiring Highly Qualified Sr. Technical Quality Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Quality from fabric inspection, In-process and quality assurance for Final inspection prior to shipping.
2. Directly communicate with fabric mill for any fabric issues (GSM, shade variation, fabric defects, etc.) & effective follow up monitoring status for the resolution.
3. Facilitate sample approval process to ensure samples are made to follow tech pack and specs requirement.
4. Address technical issues to provide advised and guidance to vendor.
5. Control and reduce the fit approval rate.
6. Collaborate with merchandising team to achieve on time delivery.
7. Ensures sample quality meet brand’s construction and aesthetic standards.
8. Ensures internal or external technician teams are trained on necessary processes, procedures and techniques to fulfil the buyer requirements based on each buyer quality guidelines.
9. Champion for leading a Quality team who can provide training, coaching and quality improvement to production processes.
10. Conducts a regular Internal Factory Audit in preparation for buyer’s or 3rd party’s audit using QMS for each buyer requirement.
11. Provides corrective action and preventive action plan to all non-conformance issues
12. Directs correspondence to buyer for any quality issue
13. Reviews QC file for each style per buyer requirement and suggest any improvement on production process and or procedures that would be impacted the quality outcome
14. Handles updates with management and developed plans for production schedules and delivery dates, optimizing resource allocation and workflow
15. Works directly with customers’ technical representatives to understand and address specific requirements and expectations
16. Monitor quality standards throughout production processes, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high quality outcomes
17. Closely collaborate with merchandisers to communicate production requirements, timelines, and updates
18. Managed and implemented customers’ standards and requirements throughout production, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
19. Conducts PPM, Check Pilot Run, In-line inspection and assure quality of products for shipment.
20. Responsible for sample evaluation ( PP samples, Top Samples, etc.)
21. Closely monitoring and examining each stage of the entire production process.
22. Segregating non-conforming parts in accordance with written quality procedures.
23. Making sure that company employees follow documented procedures and standards.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor in Any Discipline
