We are a 100% export-oriented woven readymade garments factory, actively seeking qualified candidates for the below positions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and
maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity and
accuracy across all reports.
- Automate repetitive
reporting tasks to increase efficiency.
- Analyze trends and
patterns in data to support business planning and strategy.
- Provide insights to
improve operational efficiency, sales, and performance.
- Maintain databases, ensure
data cleanliness, and manage regular data backups.
- Coordinate with IT for
data extraction, storage, and access issues.
- Track and report key
performance indicators (KPIs) across departments such as sales, operations,
finance, and HR.
- Develop metrics to
evaluate business performance and highlight areas for improvement.
- Create interactive
dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Update dashboards in
real-time or scheduled intervals to aid leadership decisions.
- Act as a liaison between
departments for data-related requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to
gather reporting needs and translate them into structured MIS formats.
- Ensure compliance with
data protection policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support audit and
compliance requirements through accurate and timely data reporting.
- Recommend and implement
process improvements in MIS systems.
- Develop macros and scripts
(e.g., in Excel VBA, SQL, or Python) to automate complex reporting processes.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
- Concentration/Major: Textile
