Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers.
- Serve
as the primary contact between customers and internal teams within the assigned
zone.
- Collaborate
with stakeholders to meet key customers' needs effectively.
- Understand
customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Negotiate
contracts and ensure timely fulfillment of commitments.
- Monitor
trip success rates and drive profitability.
- Ensure
timely collection of outstanding payments.
- Maintain
service quality of trucks and drivers.
- Onboard
new truckers and manage existing relationships.
- Engage
truckers through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Promote
technology adoption among truckers.
- Educate
truckers on optimizing ROI.
- Oversee
payment processing and facilitate challan collection.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

- Age: 30 - 40 years

Experience in logistics or delivery operations.
