Astha Feed Industries Ltd., a rapidly growing animal feed manufacturer, is seeking a proactive and experienced Manager/Sr. Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead its financial operations. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, cost management, and statutory compliance to support strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial discipline, driving process improvements, and supporting the company’s expansion, including new ventures within the Astha Industrial Park.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable standards.
• Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial reports for management and auditors.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Analyze variances and implement cost control measures to improve profitability across business units.
• Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with VAT, TAX, and other regulatory reporting requirements (NBR, RJSC, etc.)
• Manage cash flow planning to ensure liquidity and meet operational needs.
• Supervise bank transactions, fund allocation, and loan/investment activities.
• Lead implementation and optimization of ERP systems related to finance and accounts.
• Ensure accurate financial data entry and reporting through digital platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance and accounts team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., procurement, production, sales) to support business decisions.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic planning, new projects (e.g., Astha Industrial Park), and investment decisions.
• Evaluate feasibility of capex, expansion projects, and partnerships.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting/Finance/Management

Professional Certifications:

• CA/ACCA/ICMAB Qualified or Advance Level.
