Job Description:

Manager (HR, Admin & Compliance) oversees human resources operations, administrative functions, and ensures adherence to company policies and legal regulations. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and enhance the HR team’s efficiency and competency.
  2. Develop organizational strategies by identifying and addressing HR issues, contributing to strategic thinking, and aligning HR objectives with company policies.
  3. Manage HR operations including recruitment, selection, orientation, training, and performance appraisal.
  4. Motivate staff and maintain pleasant relations between workers and management.
  5. Develop and update the company organogram, SOP, and overall manpower planning.
  6. Prepare and implement recruitment plans to support talent sourcing and timely hiring.
  7. Coordinate performance appraisal systems.
  8. Conduct salary surveys to remain competitive with industry trends.
  9. Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies to ensure smooth operations.
  10. Ensure legal compliance documents up to date.
  11. Oversee access control, time attendance, security, and emergency procedures.
  12. Support organizational and staff management through effective office administration.
  13. Maintain discipline and chain of command within the factory.
  14. Coordinate and support management teams and department heads.
  15. Organize official meetings as required and supervise subordinate staff.
  16. Monitor and develop operation budgets for administrative functions.
  17. Lead the Compliance team and enhance their competency.
  18. Administer social and environmental compliance audits and prepare for buyer visits.
  19. Maintain communication with government and compliance organizations.
  20. Ensure a healthy workplace by managing safety, hygiene, and environmental operations.
  21. Keep up to date with Buyer Code of Conduct and handle social and technical audits.
  22. Prepare audit CAP reports and maintain all compliance documents as required.
  23. Any job assigned by the management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Master of Commerce (Mcom)
Professional Certifications:
  • PGD in HRM will get preference
Others Requirements:
