we are hiring Junior Executive-HR & Payroll for our excellent team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have Excel advance knowledge for data analysis and reporting.
- Have to able to prepare and maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Maintaining payroll operations, compensation payment and disciplinary action procedure by following BLL, company policies and procedures.
- To check daily attendance and maintain absenteeism record.
- Prepare daily late attendance list and send mail to respective department head to collect approval.
- Updating employee basic personal information into payroll and upgrade time to time (including Promotion, Increment, Transfer etc).
- Preparing monthly wages/salary sheet with comparing related records & documents Preparing monthly joining & resign status.
- Maintaining leave records with hard copy of leave form. Maintaining absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data.
- Prepare the final settlement of resigned employees.
- Handling workers' Database (Personal File Management), Leaves (including compensatory leave) and Attendance Management.
- Any other tasks given by HRD & Management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Concentration/Major: HRM
Professional Certifications:
Others Requirements:
- Age: 22 - 30 years
