Manage day to day finishing garments activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Experienced and technical know-how in
mixing washing chemicals, and washing technique to achieve buyer requirements
on hand-feel, softness, and texture of after-washed knits production.
- Experienced in knits production with
large volumes for at least 5-6 years.
- At least high school graduate or vocational
graduate in any technical field
- Knowledgeable on how to make packing plans,
and packing assortment following P.O. per style.
- Technical know-how on improving
quality in the line
- Knowledgeable and experience how to handle
buyer QCs.
- Knowledgeable and technical know-how
on knit defect identification.
- Technical know-how in setting up finishing
machines and other techniques to improve productivity.
- Finished goods and shipment plan
monitoring
- Monitoring the total output of the
day.
- Recommend any improvement as
necessary.
