We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to support our recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative functions, ensuring smooth HR operations across all branches.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support Talent Acquisition – Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Look after HR Operations – Onboarding, documentation, employee engagement & support
- Plan and implement HR policies and procedures
- Support performance review cycles and learning initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline/Human Resources
