Soft & Smooth Care is looking for Executive, MIS. A sister concern of Elite Cosmetica Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Collect & maintain data on sales field operation.
2. Team tracking, availability & activity report collect & compilation.
3. Review individual sales team performance & monitor sales KPI.
4. Cross check team daily tour, visit plan & update management accordingly.
5. Ensuring product wise sales, stock & production related data.
6. Generate sales order, analyze sales data & provide constructive feedback to the management.
7. Ensuring the privacy of all customers, employees and company records.
8. Keep all reports availability according to management requirements.
9. To make reports of sales and distribution as per management requirements.
10. Daily performance report on order, payment & delivery.
11. Should be proficient in working with all types of operating systems such as ERP & MS Office programs, typing, and analytical knowledge.
12. Field Force TA/DA and incentive prepared as per company policy.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor degree in any discipline.

4. Area of Expertise: Microsoft Office Skills
5. Additional Requirements: 1. Fresh to 2 years of MIS, Data Entry experience· 2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data. 3. Sufficient speed of typing both Bengali & English.

Experience and Skills:

1. 0 - 2 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
