Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
- Address employee grievances and help maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll-related tasks.
- Assist in performance appraisals and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to management.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
