• Experienced and technical know-how to follow the cutting method for every fabric material type.
• Cutting round the pattern using a computer controlled cutting machine, scissors or a special electric knife particularly the Bullmer Automatic Cutting System.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Cutting round
the pattern using a computer controlled cutting machine, scissors or a
special electric knife particularly the Bullmer Automatic Cutting
System.
- Thorough
knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, Fabrics
construction, and size set etc.
- Reduce
fabric waste and ensure optimal cutting quality for maximize output.
- Must have knowledge about short
cutting, group marker, side matching market, shade management
- Know-how on setting up cutting
machines and other technique to improve productivity.
- Minimum 50kg
cutting and cutting as many as 150 layers of fabric at once using computerized
cutting machine
- Fabrics storing
correctly and checking stock levels and ensure equipment are clean.
- Preparing the
fabric for cutting out by spreading it out in flat layers, smoothing out
creases and checking the fabric for faults.
- Sound knowledge about pattern marker.
- Knowledgeable about group marker, side matching
marker & shade management.
- Know how to identify defects on fabrics and
knowledgeable on how to improving them Know-how on setting up cutting
machines and other technique to improve productivity & efficiency
- Monitoring the total output of the day.
