Hirdaramani Bangladesh (Kenpark & Regency) is multinational company is looking for a suitable candidate as " Business Analyst" location at CEPZ & Karnafully EPZ (KEPZ), Chittagong.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.  Partnering with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
2.  Follow up with the deliverables and collaborate with the functional teams for the progress of business improvement.
3.  Analyze data, identify areas for improvement, and provide insightful observations with management to support executive decision making.
4.  Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and transform it into clear and concise content for leadership or management review.
5.  Interpret and translate data into visually compelling charts, graphs, or infographics to enhance audience understanding.
6.  Create performance reports across the operations and identify inefficiencies or opportunities.
7.  Developing solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
8.  Communicating effectively with both internal & external stakeholders.
9.  Monitor the project progress and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.
10.  Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: Finance

   · Creative and visual design skills for presentation and proficiency in graphic design tools or AI.
