Edison Industries Ltd one of the leading mobile handset manufacturers in Bangladesh under the SYMPHONY brand, is seeking a female Medical Assistant to join our HR & Admin team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day medical operations within the factory, ensuring the well-being of all factory employees.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and medical assistance to employees in case of injury or illness.
• Monitor and manage the factory’s health records and employee health data.
• Maintain daily checklist of all medical equipment and medicines to ensure that all medical kits are ready and fully stocked, with all medical supplies organized, listed and within the expiration period.
• Conduct periodic follow up of pregnant employees and sustain nutrition programs, health & hygiene awareness session for pregnant employees.
• Conduct periodic training of First Aiders and ensure relevant compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate with HR department regarding new joiner employee’s basic assessment of medical fitness check-up.
• Monthly or weekly reporting to supervisor overall medical center activation.(Like as –Medicine, Patient etc)
• Work closely with the factory safety team to ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
• Maintain Treatment & medicine register.
• Any other tasks as assigned by Medical officer or top management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Medical
• Concentration/Major: Diploma in Medical Faculty/ Medical Assistant
