Pioneer Simona Tanning BD Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive (Compliance & Welfare) to support the implementation of labor laws, social compliance standards, and employee welfare initiatives. The role involves ensuring workplace compliance, promoting employee well-being, and assisting with audits and regulatory reporting in line with national and international standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Fully capable of all the committees like PC, safety, Anti-harassment, Grievance, Anti- corruption & canteen committee
2. Ensure training & development activities & maintain record according to buyer & compliance requirements
3. Ensure grievance mechanism system & maintain all type of records as per compliance requirements
4. Ensure floor compliance regularly & look after medical, canteen, childcare, drinking water & sanitation system strongly
5. Manage and deal with wages and employment matters by joint consultation with the management and the workers’ representative body
6. Maintain maternity related activities & all type of record properly
7. Ensure strong counselling to workers to smooth operation & better environment
8. Ensure all welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law and Labor Rules
9. Any other tasks as assigned by the Management

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: Human Resources or related field.
