Job Description:

Crown Wears (Pvt.) Ltd., a growing name in the apparel industry, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Officer – HR & Admin to support its day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities. The position involves assisting in recruitment, employee management, documentation, and ensuring a smooth and compliant work environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling responsibilities efficiently in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, and documentation.
  2. Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and induction processes.
  3. Maintain and update employee personal files, attendance records, and HR databases.
  4. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of leave, transfers, and promotions.
  5. Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  6. Assist in performance appraisal coordination and employee feedback processes.
  7. Coordinate with accounts for salary processing and manage attendance data.
  8. Support in managing employee benefits including leave, bonuses, and other entitlements.
  9. Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and general office administration.
  10. Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring a smooth working environment.
  11. Ensure compliance with company rules, labor laws, and safety regulations.
  12. Assist in addressing employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.
  13. Liaise with internal departments and external agencies as needed.
  14. Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement programs.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
