The Senior Executive – HR & Admin will play a vital role in supporting the HR and administrative functions across the group. Working under the guidance of senior management, the incumbent will be responsible for implementing HR policies, managing day-to-day administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of handling a dynamic and fast-paced corporate environment within a reputed group of companies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Understand position requirements, prepare and validate JDs with hiring managers, and manage end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and workforce alignment.
- Maintain HRIS, process payroll and benefits, ensure labor law compliance, and manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Implement KPI systems, conduct evaluations, and organize training programs to upskill teams.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and conflict resolution to foster a positive workplace.
- Oversee office operations, assets, vendor management, budgets, and crisis handling to ensure smooth and compliant operations.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
