We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive – HR & Administration to support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and general administrative functions across our manufacturing facilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including interview coordination and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support day-to-day HR operations such as staff queries, disciplinary procedures, and compliance.
- Assist in organizing training, employee engagement, and welfare activities.
- Coordinate administrative tasks including office maintenance, logistics, and asset management.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of HR reports and official correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support smooth factory and office operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company policies and labor laws.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
