Job Nature: Full Time Vacancy: 1 Location: Posted: 26 Jul, 2025

Job Description:

The Executive – HR & Admin will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll, compliance, and administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of HR and factory administration in a 100% export-oriented footwear manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  2. Maintain and update personal files, attendance records, leave data, and other HR documentation.
  3. Assist in salary preparation, overtime calculation, and related payroll activities.
  4. Ensure labor law compliance including factory act requirements, audits, and HR-related statutory filings.
  5. Support disciplinary processes and help resolve employee grievances professionally.
  6. Coordinate employee training, orientation programs, and performance appraisals.
  7. Oversee office supplies, utilities, security, and general administrative support for a smooth working environment.
  8. Communicate with government bodies (e.g., labor office, fire, EPZ, BEPZA) and external agencies when required.
  9. Ensure workplace safety practices and employee welfare programs are implemented and followed.
  10. Perform any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduation in any discipline
