We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Distribution & Logistics team. The selected candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods across our distribution network. This role requires close coordination with warehouses, transport partners, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service levels while optimizing logistics operations. The position is critical to supporting the company’s supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor and follow up daily activities of all the Depots. Monitoring of feed & DOC (Day Old Chicks) distribution from the factory & Depots.

Arrange transport for delivery of feed and chicks as per Delivery Order.

Follow up daily physical count of all materials. Prepare Daily Stock Report, Distribution Report & Market Demand report and any other report required by the management.

Ensure Challan and Gate Pass during delivery of goods.

Maintain and ensure fixed asset register.

Coordination with marketing team & dealer/retailer for delivery schedule for smooth delivery.

Follow up daily delivery order and report the present situation to the relevant Authority.

Frequent market survey and reporting to the Management.

Must have 1-2 years practical experience to distribution or logistics department in Feed Company.
