A renowned Group of Companies are looking for a smart & dynamic employee at Senior Executive level.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop accurate product cost models based on raw materials, labor, overheads, and process costs.
2. Analyze bill of materials (BOM), routing, and standard costing to determine unit product cost.
3. Coordinate with production, procurement, and finance teams to validate costing data.
4. Support pricing decisions and new product development with cost impact analysis.
5. Monitor and control production and operational costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
6. Track variance between standard costs and actual costs (cost variance analysis).
7. Identify cost drivers and recommend cost-saving initiatives or process improvements.
8. Prepare reports on cost trends, margin analysis, and profitability at product, line, or plant level.
9. Assist in annual budget preparation and rolling forecasts for manufacturing costs.
10. Monitor budget adherence and investigate deviations.
11. Collaborate with department heads to establish cost budgets and targets.
12. Monitor inventory levels and analyze inventory holding costs.
13. Review consumption patterns and control material wastage and excess usage.
14. Ensure proper accounting of scrap, waste, rework, and yield losses.
15. Prepare monthly/quarterly cost reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
16. Contribute to monthly closing by providing costing data and reconciliation reports.
17. Support finance in preparing profitability analysis at product, process, or business unit level.
18. Ensure costing practices comply with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
19. Prepare documents and support internal, external, and cost audits.
20. Implement internal controls related to cost monitoring and reporting.
21. Work with ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, Tally, or custom tools) to manage costing modules.
22. Maintain and update cost master data, standard costs, and routings.
23. Support digitization and automation initiatives for cost management processes.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Concentration/Major: Accounting

Professional Certifications:

• CMA/CA qualification is mandatory.
