Act as a bridge between workers and management, addressing employee concerns and grievances.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including health, safety, and welfare regulations.
- Conduct regular counseling sessions with workers to address personal, financial, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate and assist in organizing various employee engagement activities such as awareness programs, training sessions, and welfare events.
- Promote a positive work environment and support workers’ well-being through awareness initiatives on health, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Provide information and guidance to workers about company policies, rules, and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of grievances, counseling sessions, and welfare activities.
- Collaborate with medical and HR teams to address workers’ health-related issues, including occupational health risks.
- Handle cases of workplace harassment or discrimination and work with management to resolve them effectively.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Concentration/Major: HRM
Professional Certifications:

PGD -HRM preferred.
