Asst. Manager Compliance

Job Description:

A multinational RMG company is looking for a competent candidate for its compliance team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare third party or buyer audit CAP reports independently and follow up on audits day-to-day.

• Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and oversee day-to-day operations.

• Monitor regulatory activities to stay informed about the status of all compliance activities and identify trends.

• Develop an effective compliance-training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees, as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.

• Organize various training sessions to meet compliance requirements.

• Execute overall factory operations and HR & Compliance related activities.

• Assist Management for effective execution of Compliance functions of the factory.

• Develop strategic policies and procedures for HR and compliance.

• Ensure the safety and security, compliance and welfare of the factory.

• Keep the factory ready for any type of audit/visit (Social Compliance Audit, Chemical/Environment Management Audit, General Security Verification Audit & QMS/Technical Audit) and prepare & implement CAP (Corrective Action Plan) within deadline.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure existing firefighting arrangements in the factory comply with all legal requirements.

• Ensure administrative and logistics support for uninterrupted administrative operation, production and shipment delivery.

• Assist in leading and coordinating all types of Buyer/Social Compliance Audits and organize the factory.

• Clear concept on team management and development.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Concentration/Major: HRM
Professional Certifications:
  • PGDHRM
Others Requirements:
  1. Age: 30 - 40 years
  2. Gender: Male
  3. Training/Course: Preference will be given to candidates with a PGD Social Compliance.
  4. Area of Expertise: Developing and implementing HR plans
