• Experienced and technical know-how to follow the cutting method for every fabric material type. • Cutting round the pattern using a computer controlled cutting machine, scissors or a special electric knife particularly the Bullmer Automatic Cutting System.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Cutting round the pattern using a computer controlled cutting machine, scissors or a special electric knife particularly the Bullmer Automatic Cutting System.
• Thorough knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, Fabrics construction, and size set etc.
• Reduce fabric waste and ensure optimal cutting quality for maximize output.
• Must have knowledge about short cutting, group marker, side matching market, shade management
• Know-how on setting up cutting machines and other technique to improve productivity.
• Minimum 50kg cutting and cutting as many as 150 layers of fabric at once using computerized cutting machine
• Fabrics storing correctly and checking stock levels and ensure equipment are clean.
• Preparing the fabric for cutting out by spreading it out in flat layers, smoothing out creases and checking the fabric for faults.
• Sound knowledge about pattern marker.
• Knowledgeable about group marker, side matching marker & shade management.
• Know how to identify defects on fabrics and knowledgeable on how to improving them Know-how on setting up cutting machines and other technique to improve productivity & efficiency
• Monitoring the total output of the day.
