Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute short-, medium- and long-term business strategies to achieve revenue growth, profitability, market share and distribution objectives.
• Lead brand development, product positioning, pricing strategy, promotional planning and new product launches in collaboration with Marketing, R&D and other relevant functions.
• Identify new market opportunities, consumer insights, competitor strategies and emerging industry trends to strengthen the company`s competitive position.
• Drive sales performance across General Trade, Modern Trade, Corporate Sales, E-commerce and other relevant channels through effective planning, execution and performance monitoring.
• Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, budgets and business KPIs, ensuring achievement of revenue, gross margin, market penetration and profitability targets.
• Ensure effective coordination with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, HR & Admin and other functional departments to maintain product availability, optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor business performance through regular reviews of sales, market share, profitability, inventory, receivables and other key performance indicators, initiating corrective actions where necessary.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Concentration/Major: BBA in Marketing/ BSc in Chemical Technical/Engineering
