Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Showroom Manager in managing daily showroom operations.
• Supervise and motivate sales executives to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, inventory, and product displays.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure proper product knowledge, showroom discipline, and team performance.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, accounts, and head office teams.
• Support promotional activities and implement sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
