Roles and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on the product development process, including initial sample submission, pilot process, and pre-production activities.
• Check and follow up on initial samples as per buyer requirements and approved specifications.
• Assist in monitoring the pilot and pre-production processes and identify quality-related issues.
• Have a basic understanding of pattern making and garment construction.
• Conduct/support fabric inspection and report any quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain Shade Band, Color Card, Shade Blanket, and Shrinkage Reports.
• Check and maintain records related to fabric shade and shrinkage.
• Have basic knowledge of the garment washing process and understand wash reports.
• Read and understand Tech Packs, including measurements, construction details, and quality specifications.
• Check garment samples against Tech Pack, approved sample, measurement, and construction requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding sample and quality-related issues.
• Maintain proper records and documentation related to VQA activities.
• Report any quality deviations or issues to the respective senior/team leader.
• Follow company and buyer quality standards and procedures.

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor / Honors / Diploma in textile.
