DEKKO Legacy Group is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and results-driven Executive – Internal Audit to support internal control, compliance, risk management, and audit activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, identifying control gaps, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing practical recommendations to improve operational efficiency and safeguard organizational assets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct operational audits of QRiUS retail outlets, warehouses, and back-office operations.
2. Verify stock/inventory levels, perform stock audits, and identify variances or losses.
3. Check & verify all bills & vouchers.
4. Review internal controls, processes, and systems, and recommend improvements.
5. Monitor compliance with statutory and company policies (VAT, tax, vendor payments, etc.)
6. Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks and prepare actionable audit findings.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close audit findings and ensure follow-up.
8. Maintain proper documentation of audit reports, evidence, and observations.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance or related field.
