We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Production to lead the production operations of our export-oriented garment manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in lingerie and intimate apparel manufacturing, with proven expertise in production planning, productivity improvement, capacity management, line balancing, efficiency improvement, and on-time delivery. Experience in bonded lingerie, seamless/intimate apparel, TPU bonding, dot glue, heat press and related advanced garment technologies will be highly preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall production operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer requirements and factory capacity.
• Drive productivity, efficiency and capacity utilization through effective production planning and line balancing.
• Ensure smooth production flow from cutting through sewing, bonding, finishing, packing and shipment.
• Monitor daily production performance, efficiency, DHU, absenteeism, manpower utilization and downtime.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, 5S and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ensure optimum manpower, machine and material utilization.
• Work closely with P&C, Quality, IE, Planning, Technical, Maintenance, Merchandising and Supply Chain teams.
• Ensure production is executed according to approved samples, specifications, quality standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and strengthen production teams through coaching, capability building and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, health & safety standards and applicable regulations.
• Provide regular production performance reports and improvement plans to senior management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Textile Engineering
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor / Honors / Diploma in textile.

   • Strong and proven experience in lingerie / intimate apparel manufacturing is mandatory. Experience with bonding technology, TPU bonding, dot glue, heat press or seamless/intimate apparel production will be an advantage.
   • Strong knowledge of production planning, line balancing, IE techniques, efficiency improvement and capacity management.
   • Experience working with international buyers and export-oriented manufacturing environments.
   • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and people-management skills.
   • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
