Kazi Farms Group is hiring an Officer/Executive – Fish Feed Sales to drive sales and distribution of fish feed in assigned territories. The role involves developing relationships with fish farmers and dealers, achieving sales targets, visiting farms/markets, promoting products, collecting market feedback, and providing basic technical support to customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly fish feed sales targets in the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage and develop dealers in the assigned area/district and ensure timely payment recovery.
• Provide technical services to farmers/customers regarding feed usage, fish health management, pond management, and best aquaculture practices.
• Conduct regular farm visits, farmer meetings, and demonstrations to promote products, increase awareness, and generate sales.
• Take initiatives to organize farmer training programs on farm management and best practices in aquaculture.
• Collect and analyze farmer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends for reporting and strategy development.
• Coordinate with supply chain/logistics to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and technical reports as per management requirements.
• Explore new markets and support dealer expansion to increase fish feed sales coverage.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: B.Sc/ M.Sc in Fisheries or Marine Biology.
