Windy Group, is looking for a proactive and dedicated individual for the Fashion Design Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead the overall design and product development process for woven and Denim products.
2. Develop new styles, concepts, silhouettes, colorways, and product details according to buyer requirements and market trends.
3. Collaborate closely with Merchandising, CAD & Pattern, Technical, Fabric Inspection & Washing teams.
4. Review buyer tech packs, sketches, specifications, and development requirements.
5. Ensure product designs are technically feasible for bulk production.
6. Coordinate sample development from initial concept through final approval.
7. Drive fit, construction, fabric, trims, accessories, and workmanship improvements.
8. Work with fabric and trim teams to identify suitable materials for product development.
9. Conduct product reviews and provide technical/design solutions for development challenges.
10. Ensure product development timelines are achieved as per T&A and buyer requirements.
11. Develop innovative and cost-effective products while maintaining required quality standards.
12. Monitor industry trends, new materials, technologies, and outerwear construction techniques.
13. Guide and develop the Design & Product Development team.
14. Maintain proper documentation and records of development activities, samples, and approvals.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc/MSc in Fashion Designing
