Dekko Group is looking for the position of "Executive / Senior Executive – Supply Planning for supply planning, production scheduling, inventory management, and coordination with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and efficient resource utilization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Own and manage the end-to-end supply planning process based on approved demand and business requirements.
2. Develop feasible supply plans considering production capacity, material availability, lead times, inventory targets and customer requirements.
3. Identify supply constraints, capacity gaps, material risks and potential delivery risks.
4. Develop recovery and mitigation plans for supply exceptions and constraints.
5. Continuously optimize supply plans to balance service, inventory and operational efficiency.
6. Own/coordinate material planning and MRP activities based on demand and production requirements.
7. Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, packaging and other required materials.
8. Review MRP outputs, planned orders, purchase requisitions and material requirements.
9. Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Production and other stakeholders to address material shortages and excesses.
10. Monitor supplier lead times, material availability and critical material risks.
11. Ensure appropriate planning parameters such as lead time, MOQ, safety stock and reorder levels are maintained.
12. Work closely with Production Planners to translate supply requirements into practical production plans.
13. Provide material availability and capacity inputs for production planning.
14. Identify production bottlenecks and constraints and support development of alternative scenarios.
15. Coordinate production priorities based on customer requirements, material availability and business priorities.
16. Support production plan adherence and identify deviations requiring corrective action.
17. Develop and maintain inventory plans aligned with business and service-level requirements.
18. Monitor raw material, WIP and finished goods inventory levels.
19. Identify slow-moving, excess, obsolete and shortage risks.
20. Balance inventory availability with working-capital requirements.
21. Drive continuous improvement in inventory turns, service level and material availability.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
