A well-reputed group of companies is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented **Manager – Accounts & Finance** to lead and oversee the company’s accounting and financial operations. The role will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, compliance, audit coordination, and ensuring accurate and timely financial information for management decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the overall Accounts & Finance functions of the company.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
• Monitor daily accounting transactions, general ledger, receivables, payables, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Oversee VAT, Tax, withholding tax, and other statutory compliance and ensure timely submission of returns and payments.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary schedules, documents, and explanations.
• Monitor financial controls, identify risks, and implement measures to prevent errors and irregularities.
• Review financial performance and provide management with meaningful analysis and recommendations.
• Ensure effective control over company expenses, payments, collections, and cash/bank transactions.
• Coordinate with banks regarding LC, bank facilities, loan documentation, foreign transactions, and other financial matters.
• Develop and implement effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal control systems.
• Supervise and guide the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Perform any other financial and accounting duties assigned by Management.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or Related Field

Professional Certifications:

• CA (CC) / CA Part Qualified will added advantages
