JK Lifestyle Limited along with its sister concern, is a growing lifestyle and healthcare-focused organization committed to promoting lifestyle modification and health awareness through sustainable, market-leading business strategies. To support this growth, the company is seeking an experienced and strategically driven Head of Growth & Business Development to lead the organization's overall growth agenda across brand, digital, corporate business, strategic partnerships and new market development, with a strong focus on driving awareness and adoption of lifestyle modification and preventive health programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute JK Lifestyle's overall growth and business development strategy, translating vision into measurable annual, quarterly and monthly targets.
2. Lead brand strategy, digital growth and performance marketing to strengthen positioning, customer acquisition and retention.
3. Build and lead the corporate business vertical, including corporate packages, proposals and contract negotiations from pipeline to closure.
4. Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, financial institutions, hospitals, hotels/resorts and other institutions to drive new revenue channels.
5. Identify and evaluate new market and business opportunities through research, feasibility studies and expansion planning.
6. Use business intelligence and data-driven insights to guide growth decisions and management reporting.
7. Build and lead the Growth & Business Development team, setting KPIs and driving performance accountability.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and other departments to ensure growth initiatives are commercially viable and operationally feasible.
9. Present business cases, growth plans and performance dashboards to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Academic Qualifications:

• Master of Commerce (Mcom)
• Concentration/Major: MBA in International Business or Related Field
