Assistant General Manager (Supply Chain) at AKH Group will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, sourcing, inventory management, logistics, vendor management, and supply planning. The role will focus on ensuring timely material availability, optimizing costs, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining strong supplier relationships while supporting the company’s business objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain function for packaging and trims (sourcing, procurement, inventory, logistics).
2. Develop and implement supply chain strategy aligned with business and production goals.
3. Build and manage relationships with local and foreign suppliers; lead negotiations on price, quality, and lead time.
4. Oversee inventory planning and control to optimize working capital while avoiding stock-outs.
5. Ensure timely delivery coordination with merchandising, production, and commercial/LC departments.
6. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, and drive vendor development initiatives.
7. Lead cost reduction and process improvement initiatives across the supply chain.
8. Manage and mentor the supply chain team; set KPIs and monitor performance.
9. Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior management.
10. Ensure compliance with import documentation and regulatory requirements (LC, BTB LC, customs, etc.).

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
