Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and Oversee daily dispatch schedules for finished goods from factory to customer locations.
- Follow the Standard Guidelines for loading procedures, ensuring correct palletization, edge protection, shrink-wrapping, and weight distribution to prevent reel deformation or pouch crushing during transit.
- Create Outbound Deliveries, Picking Lists, Goods Issue (PGI), and Billing Documents directly in SAP and Verify Stock Transport Orders (STOs) in SAP before staging goods for loading.
- Make sure sensitive packaging materials—like barrier films and food-grade items—are transported with climate and humidity control
- Ensure all delivery vehicles comply with food-safety standards with clean, pest-free, dry, and odor-free cargo compartments.
- Track trucks using GPS, handle delivery delays, and update clients on their order status.
- Strong problem-solving ability to handle shipment delays or transport issues quickly.
- Lead investigation and resolution for transport-related customer complaints, including transit damage, moisture contamination, short shipments, or crushed cores.
- Collaborate with Plant Production and Inventory teams to align finished goods availability with customer dispatch priorities.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
