Aman Knittings Limited, a concern of Aman Group, is looking for an experienced and technically competent Deputy Manager / Manager – Maintenance to lead and manage the overall maintenance activities of the knitting facility. The position will be responsible for ensuring maximum machine availability, minimizing breakdowns and downtime, and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of knitting machines, utilities, electrical systems, and other production-related equipment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Ensure Plan and maintenance all Utility machines, Substation, Pump, Solar system.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is carried out on time
• Ensure the maintenance of Diesel Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC, VRF System, HVAC System, Chiller, Pump, Solar System & Substation.
• Troubleshoot and maintain Diesel Generator, Boiler, Compressor, AC, VRF System, HVAC System, Chiller, Pump, Solar System & Substation Transformer, Switchgear, LT Panel, MDB, DB, PFI and BBT System.
• Perform and prepare report for RSC and NIRAPON audit purposes ER, IR, Thermal, LPS design, Yearly substation check, Electrical training, safety training, safety awareness, Transformer Oil test report, Yearly machine maintenance schedules, Boiler Hydraulic test report, Pressurized vassal test report and related documents for LEED practice.
• Ensure spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for required parts.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with factory safety, compliance and LEED requirements.
• Ensure the installation, relocation, and commissioning of new machines when required
• Ensure and perform new factory setup with maintaining BNBC Code, NFPA Standard, RSC, NIRAPON and LEED Requirements.
• Ensure Building Maintenance and MEP materials maintenance need to be carried out and follow-up as required.

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Eng.
• Concentration/Major: Diploma in Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering

   • Computer proficiency with MS office and Auto Cad.
   • Knowledge on ERP system SAP system or RMS software system to do PR, PO and JO for day-to-day activities.
   • Good Knowledge on LEED Certification related work and practice.  
   • New Factory setup with machines Erection and Commissioning.
   • Very clear concept on BNBC, NFPA, RSC, NIRAPON electrical guideline.
