The role involves overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, maintaining accurate employee records, and supporting HR functions including recruitment, attendance management, compliance, and employee welfare. The ideal candidate should be efficient, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Process monthly payroll, salary disbursement, and related statements accurately.
2. Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
3. Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation.
4. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
5. Support employee welfare, grievance handling, and day-to-day HR operations.
6. Prepare HR reports and assist management with required information.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelors/Masters degree in any discipline
