Symphony Mobile is seeking a dynamic SBC (Symphony Brand Consultant) Supervisor to recruit, train, and monitor the SBC team, ensuring smart phone sales targets are achieved, and customers receive excellent support at the retail level in Dhaka, Chattogram, Barishal, Bogura, Mymensingh.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. SBC activities follow-up and ensure SBC proper grooming.
2. Prepare training materials and train SBC team on smartphone product knowledge.
3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly SBC sales targets (Value & Quantity).
4. Implement strategies for placement of slow-moving products in every SBC Shop.
5. Conduct new SBC candidate Interview & deployment at retail Level.
6. Identify poor performer SBC and take improvement action.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
