Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing and designing layouts for manpower, machines, and materials to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity.
2. Assist in applying statistical methods and performing mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing process staffing requirements and production standards.
3. Prepare operation breakdowns.
4. Assist in SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculation and target setup.
5. Motion and line balancing based on capacity and WIP (Work in Progress) in the production line.
6. Bottleneck in operation Identify and eradicates.
7. Work with production personnel to establish and implement best practices.
8. Conduct skill tests for all workers.
9. Plant and setup target on daily and weekly basis.
10. Ensure the implementation of various systems and processes to minimize costs and improve factory efficiency.
11. Coordinate with the Production and Merchandising departments to ensure smooth production operations.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Textile Engineering or Related
