In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial decision-making — transforming complex data into meaningful insights that shape the strategic direction of the company. You will conduct business valuations, develop financial models, identify growth opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership across both local and global engagements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Business Valuation: Prepare and present comprehensive valuation reports using methodologies including DCF, FRE, Berkus, Scorecard, RFS, Exit Multiple, and others.
• Consolidate and analyze financial data — budgets, income statements, assets, and goals — to assess the company's overall financial standing.
• Provide creative alternatives and data-backed recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.
• Assemble and summarize data to prepare sophisticated reports on business performance, financial status, and risk exposure.
• Financial Modelling: Develop business cases and financial models; conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
• Perform cohort analysis, business studies on past, current, and future performance of AgSaas products; build and maintain forecast models for their sales.
• Identify industry trends and recommend strategic actions to the management based on sound, evidence-driven analysis.
• Track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results against forecasts and targets.
• Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making across business functions.
• Support management in process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the company's core operations, transparency, and adherence to compliance factors both in HoldCo and OpCo.
• Identify investment and funding opportunities; transform data into compelling stories, bids, or proposals suited to those opportunities.
• Support senior management in presenting business cases to local and global audiences through insightful presentations, business notes, one-pagers, and executive decks.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Masters in Finance / Business Administration or Related Field

Professional Certifications:

• Chartered Financial Analyst

   • Strong command of PowerPoint for executive-level presentation building
   • Familiarity with ERP systems, Power BI, or Tableau is a strong advantage
   • Working knowledge of IFRS / GAAP accounting standards
   • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
   • High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and ability to perform under pressure
