Deshbandhu Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager (VAT & Tax) to oversee the company's VAT and tax compliance, ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, manage tax planning and reporting, and coordinate with relevant authorities to support efficient financial operations and minimize compliance risks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for monthly and yearly return submission, hearing and assessment finalization VAT & Tax authority. sit them to the government treasury on time.
2. Perform, review and coordinate the Accounts, Internal Audit department on preparation of Accounts Reports considering Tax & VAT.
3. Prepare Tax & VAT audit reports and handle professional Tax & VAT authorities individually. Monitor and analyses accounting data and produce fin
4. Responsible for efficient operation of Tax & VAT related accounting activities of the organization.
5. Prepare VAT challan; maintain VAT related ledgers and relevant documents.
6. Advising on Tax & VAT planning (within current legislation to enable them to minimize the Tax liability).
7. Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
8. Build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
9. Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
10. Identify and mitigate tax risks
11. Manage vat & tax provision and tax compliance process
12. Manage and coordinate tax audits
13. Prepare all tax papers in regular basis and handle all information data requests
14. Handle all customs and bond related issues of the Company

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor's/ Masters in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

Professional Certifications:

• ITP certification & Tax/ Vat related training/workshop

   • The incumbent should have ITP certification. The incumbent should have Tax/ Vat related training/workshop
