Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within the stipulated timeline.
- Collect, verify, and update attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll inputs.
- Calculate salaries, allowances, bonuses, incentives, deductions, and final settlements (F&F).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary statements, and reconciliation summaries.
- Manage income tax calculations, provident fund, gratuity, and other statutory contributions.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Accounts departments to resolve payroll-related discrepancies.
- Respond to employee queries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits in a timely manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.
- Support payroll audits and assist in implementing process improvements when required.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
