Youngone Group is looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to oversee factory operations, ensure production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and lead teams to achieve operational excellence while ensuring compliance with safety and company policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Must have vast work experience in garments production.
2. Increase production, Assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
3. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
4. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
5. Oversee the daily operation of factory floors with effective communication and coordination skills with related departments/sections.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Concentration/Major: BSc in Textile Engineering or Related

Professional Certifications:

1. Age: 35 - 45 years
