In this role, trainees will gain hands-on exposure to merchandising, marketing, buyer communication, production coordination, and business operations within the garment and home textile industry. The position is designed to develop future professionals through structured training, mentorship, and cross-functional learning at both the corporate office and factory locations. Key responsibilities include supporting buyer communications, tracking orders, preparing reports, coordinating with production teams, conducting market research, and maintaining business documentation. Fresh graduates or candidates with limited experience who possess strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Communicate with buyers and support customer relationship management.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Monitor order status, shipment schedules, and delivery timelines.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer requirements.
• Maintain product, order, and merchandising records.
• Support senior management in day-to-day operational and business activities.
• Participate in training programs and learn different business functions.
• Work at both the corporate office and factory locations as required.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
