The Architect, Design & Coordination role is responsible for developing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural designs for residential and commercial real estate projects. The position acts as a bridge between architects, consultants, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that project designs meet company standards, regulatory requirements, timelines, and client expectations. The role involves design development, authority drawing review, consultant management, construction drawing preparation, material selection, project coordination, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. The architect is expected to ensure design quality, functionality, compliance, and effective communication among all project participants.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design development from concept through execution.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and external consultant teams.
• Review drawings, technical details, and documentation to ensure quality and compliance.
• Collaborate with site, sales, marketing, and management teams for successful project delivery.
• Conduct design reviews and resolve interdisciplinary coordination challenges.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
• Liaise with authorities, consultants, and stakeholders as required.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch)
• Concentration/Major: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Related Field.
