Job Description:

Join Unirex Industries Limited as a Customer Representatives Officer and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service. The position involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, providing accurate information about company products and services, resolving customer issues, and supporting sales and business growth through effective communication. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, pricing, and policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Record and update customer information, interactions, and feedback in company databases.
  • Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, service requests, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
  • Assist in achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Prepare customer service reports and maintain proper documentation.
  • Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Perform any other customer service-related tasks assigned by management.

Academic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
  • Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
