Cotton Club (BD) Ltd is seeking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive – HR to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and administrative activities within the organization. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, HR documentation, attendance and leave management, performance coordination, and factory HR practices in the garments/textile industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
• Lead HR operations, including employee engagement, performance management, and talent development to support business growth.
• Implement strategies to enhance workplace productivity, employee retention, and employee relations.
• Oversee grievance handling, absenteeism, and leave management while maintaining a harmonious work environment.
• Manage PDP (Personal Development Plan) activities for employees at all levels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with department heads to align people development initiatives with business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with workplace policies and address harassment and misconduct issues with zero tolerance.
• Prepare HR analytics and dashboards for decision-making and reporting purposes.

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters/BBA/MBA
