The Payroll Officer at Crown Easy Wear Ltd. is responsible for managing employee salary processing, attendance verification, overtime calculation, leave adjustments, and payroll documentation for factory and staff employees. The role ensures accurate and timely salary disbursement in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and audit requirements. The Payroll Officer also maintains payroll records, coordinates with HR and Accounts departments, and supports employee queries regarding salary and benefits.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and salary records.
- Verify employee attendance data from biometric or manual systems.
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and other benefits.
- Ensure payroll compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.
- Prepare salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports for management.
- Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments regarding employee payroll matters.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and employee information.
- Support internal and external audits by providing payroll-related documents.
- Update employee payroll information such as increments, promotions, and final settlements.
- Assist in bank transfer processing and salary disbursement activities.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline
